		<description>To give Richard a second chance, I have to ask, have they offered the 3 professors their jobs back, including back pay, for a "fresh start"?  I haven't heard of any willingness to forgive on the part of the university, Richard Roberts or anyone else involved.  Until that happens, I can't see any shred of crediiblity to the notion of giving RIchard the same second chance.</description>
